Well Being Urban Retreat Health Spa Heathrow We achieved the glare free environment using wall recessed indirect light and dimmable red green and blue fluorescent tubes.
In this way the light levels and light colour can vary subtly through different shades of white light, arriving at a low level of pale red light in the relaxation phase of the treatment as studies have shown that red light signals our bodies to relax.
The scenes are timed to help the therapists. |
